The elitefts Pro Monster Mini bands are 41" long, 1/2" in width, comprised of 15 layers of latex, and 6.35mm thick. You ever wonder who names this stuff? How can it be a MONSTER and still be a mini-band? We really do not understand. But... We do understand band training, and the elitefts Pro Monster Mini bands are perfect for those who need more tension. These bands provide more tension than mini bands but less than light bands. For the bench press, the mini bands will provide around 90 pounds at the top. The light bands are about double that tension. Now the monster minis split the difference and provide around 135 pounds of tension at the top. Please remember the band tensions will vary based upon arm length, bench height, and torso thickness.
