Since 1951, our family has been making the finest fish sauce from our island off the southwest coast of Vietnam. We harvest wild anchovies from our own fishing vessels then allow them to ferment using local sea salt for an entire year, producing a 100% pure and natural fish sauce free from any additives or preservatives. The traditional methods have remained unchanged for many generations and is meticulously hand bottled, labeled and inspected for superior quality.
