Digitally remastered two CD set containing four albums spanning the years 1965-68 for prolific singer/songwriter Jackie De Shannon, a woman who was very much ahead of her time. Features the albums IN THE WIND, ARE YOU READY FOR THIS?, NEW IMAGE and WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS NOW. The song 'What the World Needs Now' was a US Top 10 hit single. Although her recording career slowed down in the 1980s she became a very much in demand songwriter, penning hits such as 'Bette Davis Eyes'.
