New leather should be treated with our COLOURLOCK Leather Shield within the first three years. New leather does not require any special care yet, but rather an efficient protection against traces of wear and abrasion as well as discolouration from clothing. Handbags, belts and wallets usually begin showing typical signs of wear over the first few months. This is prevented by Leather Shield. Treat these areas every 1-2 months... Always test any products first in a hidden area for changes or colour correctness! Wet a terry cloth slightly with Leather Shield and let dry without successive polishing. One application is sufficient. Repeat every three months on strained surfaces. Clean any soiling first!
