It is designed to go over the original cover of our InteVision Folding Wedge Bed Pillow (32" x 25" x 7") so you can use it just like an one-pocket regular pillowcase with a zipper for easy removal. Recommend washing before first use as it will shrink to the correct size for a better fit. Every product comes with the trademark InteVision on its packaging.
