Installation instruction :

Just pry it off with flat head screwdriver to get the metal piece to drop to the bottom. Once you get it off, there is a small pin toward the top, to pop off the original shifter.

This shifter slides right on and tighten against handle wiith alan wrench and screw that is provided.
