Brotherhood of Justice
Law and order have completely broken down at Santa Lucia High. Terminal Rush
Something is wrong with Jacob Harper's (Don "The Dragon" Wilson) dad. When Jacob, a sheriff's deputy, can't get ahold of his old man, a security guard at the Hoover Dam, he begins to get nervous. His worry is for good reason. A crew of terrorists—including team leader Bartel (Roddy Piper)—has invaded the dam and is holding its employees hostage. The victim, Eric Valdez, was killed while working on a story for The Boston Herald about the drug trade in Wheaton, Massachusetts. With a large Columbian population and a bad reputation, the people of Wheaton aren't pleased about Spenser and Susan poking around. But the investigation gets even more intense when they discover that Valdez's womanizing ways may have gotten him tangled in a dangerous web with a powerful drug lord.
