if not pumping:1st check the power adapter light. if no indicator light on the power adapter, it's the power supply issue. need replace2nd check the controller. if the controller can not switch mode or adjust the speed. controller issue which need to replace the controller3rd. If everything look fine, but no pump. impeller might air locked, need to submerged then hand turn the impeller. then possible broken impeller, if you can hear the pump make a loud noise.
