Olaf's snow flowers is a cream colored nail polish packed with multidimensional holographic gold and silver glitter of varying sizes. We suggest two to three coats for opacity. It is part of the fall 2014 collection released October 2014. We recommend use of a good quality base and top coat. Black dahlia lacquer's polishes are hand mixed in small batches so slight variations are possible, but we do our best to ensure consistency. We use only vegan, cruelty free products. Ingredients our polish is also free, which means it does not contain DBP, toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin or camphor. Butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, nitrocellulose, acetyl tribute citrate, isobutyl acetate.
