They are 100% cotton, high quality construction, oversized and look great. Care instructions: Machine wash cold separately, gentle cycle, wash before first use, tumble dry low, low iron. In order to maintain the qualities necessary in cotton napkin, nothing has been added to the cotton. Because of this, the all-natural fibers will shrink upon the first washing. In order to minimize the shrinkage, after washing do not dry the napkins on high heat and do not dry fully. Medium heat is best and remove just prior to being completely dry.
