The Castelli Inferno Bib Shorts are purpose-built for the sweltering days of the Tour and the Vuelta. The shorts are constructed from non-transparent mesh fabric that keeps you cool, but also manages to provide a compressive fit to keep your muscles as supported as possible. At the core of the shorts is Castell's famed Progetto X2 Air Seat pad -it's a favorite from weekend crits to month-long Grand Tours. It's topped with a soft, seamless, four-way-stretch fabric to ensure that you'll rarely experience chafing or discomfort. An important note on the Inferno Bibs -while the mesh panels are not transparent, they're also not UV protective, meaning that your skin will likely need a little sunscreen.
