Both Federal updates from 8/1/2016 (FLSA and EPPA) are included on this poster. Federal minimum wage and Employee Polygraph Protection Act were both updated and the new versions became mandatory to post on 8/1/2016. Includes "NOTICE A" Your Rights and Obligations as a Pregnant Employee updated 04/16, Safety and Health Protection on the Job updated 01/16 and Paid Sick Leave Notice. California and Federal required postings on one convenient to display poster including all of these updates- Updates to discrimination and harassment notice to include volunteers and unpaid interns. Paid Sick Leave, beginning July 2015 this became a mandatory posting. Effective January 1, 2016, California's minimum wage increased to $10.00 an hour. There are mandatory change to the DFEH Discrimination and Harassment notice, Cal/OSHA notice, the Whistleblower notice and to EDD's Notice to Employees.
