This 20 ounce bottle includes a wire whisk, which is designed to mix your favorite nutrition shake or energy formula with your water or juice. Simply drop the BlenderBall wire whisk into the bottle with your ingredients with the lid tightly screwed on, press down the flip top and shake. The ball will move freely amongst your ingredients and blend them together with you using little effort.
