HOW TO make nice Sushi Rice: Ingredients - 3 cups grain Japanese sushi rice; 3.5 cups water; 0.33 cup vinegar 1. put rice and water into rice cooker and cook. 2. let cooked rice sit in the cooker without opening the lid for about 15 mins to complete steaming. 3. mix vinegar and rice by tossing gently. 4. allow mixed vinegar rice cooling down to room temp,then it is able to use. 5. do not put rice in the refrigerator, that will change the softness and taste.
