Product Review
50 expertly made Indian Paintbrush Wildflower seed balls. About 1/2" in diameter. Indian Paintbrush is native to much of the Central and Eastern US. Our seed balls make planting easy. They protect the seeds and nurture them for more effective cultivation. All you need to do is drop (or throw) the seed ball in a suitable spot for the plant to grow, and when conditions are right it will grow. Our finely crafted seed balls include quality seeds that we test here in our own shop. Our seed ball recipe was developed by a soil scientist to promote seedling vigor. Seed balls are an ancient method of no-till seed dispersal that has been embraced by the sustainable agriculture community and an effective method for the culture of many native and garden plants. Sowing seed balls is as easy as tossing the seed balls on compatible soils and waiting for the conditions to foster germination.

A note about seed balls:
Seed balls protect the seeds from erosion, foraging, and many other factors. This protective property often results in a slower germination cycle. Wildflowers are also highly variable in their germination rates. Please be patient with your seed balls. If you placed them in a suitable location, soil, and climate, when the seeds are ready, they will grow!
