Large tender leaves with short, thick, crisp stems. Soil: well-drained Sow seeds in sunny location year round for larger leaves and thicker stems. Harvest main stalk when 2-3 flowers are open. Culinary tips: Stir-fry stalks, leaves and buds with garlic, a little sugar and some rice wine or boil and dress with oyster sauce. Can be cooked similarly like Choy Sum. .
