Improved Load Bearing Equipment (ILBE) Main Pack Lid. This lid fastens to the USMC ILBE Main Pack and provides protection of gear kept inside the pack. It secures to the main pack with buckles and has a zippered pouch on the top. It also has PALS web attachment points on the top (outer) side only. There is no PALS web on the under side (inside).
