Materials

Contraband Black Label 3030 Wrist or Ankle Cuff uses neoprene rubber padding with a heavy duty nylon strap. Velcro is used to secure the ankle cuff to the ankle and keep it tight.

Material Fit

Adjustable fit for ankle sizes 3 - 12 inches in circumference. This ankle cuff may be used on smaller ankles however it may not be tight around the bottom of the ankle. Some users find that it works well a few inches up from the ankle.

Material Strength

Recommended use is 0-100lbs of cable pulley weight.

Care Instructions

The 3030 wrist or ankle cuff can be placed into cold water with a light cleaning agent. Place product on a cool dry surface and allow to dry before using.
