A unique and delicious take on farfalle or bow tie pasta!  This artisanal pasta from Puglia, Italy are made with dehydrated squid ink which gives it the dark stripes like a zebra.  Moreover, the farfalle do not lose the color once cooked.  Place the pasta into 5 to 6 quarts of boiling water for 10 minutes with a table spoon of sea salt and stir occasionally every two minutes.  Enjoy with with different types of pesto, tomato, arabiatta or other delicious pasta sauces.   Facts 8.8 oz. Product of Italy Ingredients Durum wheat, water, black squid ink. ?Contains wheat, squid ink.
