Michael Fray was the Ambassador of Chocolate City. A street legend in his own time, Fray had Washington, DC on lock. But he was a gentleman gangster that preferred to use diplomacy rather than violence. He had a long run in the late-70s and 80s and flooded DC streets with drugs. But at the same time he looked out for the home team and was fiercely loyal to his DC roots. He was tragically gunned down and assassinated on the orders of Alpo. The streets of DC mourned his loss but he has gone down as an icon in the chronicles of gangster lore.
