Talisman Designs' Butter Dish has a stoneware dish and a solid beechwood lid, which is sourced from responsibly managed forests. This cheerful dish is stable and generous in size, it will accommodate a ¼ pound stick of butter. The lid is etched with the playful phrase Butter Me Up. The lid nests in the dish so it won’t slide off and it helps keep butter fresh longer on the table or in the fridge. It is sure to become a favorite piece at your table and will last for years to come. The dish measures 6.5” long by 3” wide and 2” tall. The beechwood lid is finished with a natural oil that is FDA approved and enhances the longevity of the wood. The laser etched design is permanent and meant to last. However due to the natural wood lid, variances in color and darkness of etching should be expected. The dish is dishwasher safe and hand washing is recommended for the lid.
