Directions
Use one suppository daily for 1-3 consecutive days to control minor vaginal irritations and imbalances or 7-14 days for more severe imballances. Separate and peel open the suppository shell to remove suppository, place into the applicator, and insert vaginally. May use with a tampon to hold treatment in place 6-8 hours or overnight or use with a pantyliner.

Store box of suppositories in a cool place or refrigerate 15 minutes prior to separating and opening to ensure the natural oils and butters are completely solid before insertion.
