â–¶ New bag may come with an obvious fresh beef smell, pls put it in a ventilate place, and it will fade away in 2~3 days.

â–¶ Some scratch will help add crazy-horse leather bag's character. If you don't like it, Wipe it softly with Pledge or any leather conditioner.This will help to lessen the scratch looking.

â–¶ Clean it with dry soft cloth when got stains.
