Fat Mama's "Fire & Ice Pickles" are different from any other sweet pickle you have had before. These smooth cut pickles are not too thick and they have the perfect balance of sweetness with heat. These pickles are homemade, cold and crunchy pickles with a slightly sweet heat that have been made and served for over 15 years at Fat Mama's Tamales Restaurant in Natchez, MS! They are served on poboys in the restaurant, but "Fire & Ice" Pickles are great served ice cold by themselves. They can also be used in potato salad, deviled eggs, fresh tuna salad, pasta salad, meat marinades and as sandwich and/or hamburger topper. You can add them to anything!
