Controllers for Sony Dualshock 4 have a little difference between different regions. However, some controllers that were not made for North America flowed into the US market. If you happen to have one of these controllers, the center post is on the opposite side, as shown in the picture You can either
A) Contact us directly
We will send you a return label and refund you.
B) Fix the issue
Grind the center post down or simply cut it off. Because there is no center post now, the area under the track pad has no support. If the four screws on the bottom of the controller are fully tightened, the track pad does not click properly. Please loosen each of the four screws slightly. It is by no means a perfect solution, but works fine in reality.
It is simple process. However, if you ever damage the shell while fix the issue, we will cover it for you.
