The unthinkable has happened, and John and the Natalie find themselves on the verge of having their illicit affair exposed to the public. John sets off into town to track down his mysterious stalker and ends up engaging in dirty dealings with a number of secretive, seductive women.

Natalie, on the other hand, continues to maintain her air of calm, protective authority, taking care of John with all of the forbidden tenderness and love that she can muster.
