Synopsis: After her drag race fiasco, Jackie Serrano's (Kathryn Bernardo) father sends his own daughter to jail. But her mother Dr. Leah Serrano (Lorna Tolentino) begs her husband to let her deal with their daughter's rebellion by bringing Jackie to her medical mission in Tarlac. And on that far-flung province, Jackie meets Mayor Lto Alcantara ( Gabby Concepcion) and his son Kiko Alcantara (Daniel Padilla) who gets assigned to look after Jackie in their entire immersion. The first days in the community are all about their endless banters. But eventually, Kiko's maturity and selflessness have become a catalyst for Jackie's gradual change which also leads to them having a strong connection through their respective family issues. But when Kiko's brother Marcus Alcantara (Inigo Pascual) comes home, Marcus who has an apparent liking for Jackie, asks kiko to give away for him to be able to woo Jackie, Will Kiko accommodate his brother's request or will he finally stand up for himself and fight for the woman he loves?
