Directions Adults take 2 to 4 capsules daily or as directed by a physician. For a loading dosage and during periods of attention or concentration difficulties, take 3 to 4 capsules twice daily for 2 to 4 weeks, or as directed by a physician. Children under 50 lbs take 2 capsules daily (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) for 30-45 days and evaluate effectiveness. If you re not getting the desired results, you can increase this dosage to 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Not recommended for children under 30 lbs.
