Tracy is the new girl in school, determined to find her place and make her mark. Unfortunately, she makes the mistake of choosing to butt heads with the school principal, Samantha. Making a lesson of the young girl's immature nature, Samantha also decides to enlist the aid of Tracy's best friend to ensure she becomes the good girl she really is inside. Tracy realizes that being a naughty little girl can be fun, as her friend learns her own lesson about growing up... into a top-heavy, giggling bimbo that is.
