Aftermarket Alfresco ALX2 Briquette Trays evenly distribute the heat across the cooking surface. Ceramic Briquettes sold separately. Each tray takes 24 Briquettes.

For the newer LX2 grills, These trays do not have the locking bars on them. It will not affect grill performance and therefore can be an aftermarket substitute.
