Traditionally known as ginger graters, this handheld grater made from an advanced ceramic close in hardness to diamond, will make any grating task a snap. With rows of long- lasting sharp teeth, roots such as ginger are quickly shredded, leaving the unwanted fiber behind. Also great for elephant garlic, daikon radish & parmesan cheese. For ease of use, non-slip silicone base underneath holds the grater in place. Care & Use: Place the grater on a dry surface. Hand wash and rinse. Use a soft cleaning brush to clean between teeth.
