While each will work by themselves, when used together you may see a faster healing process. Results may vary. **Add 10-20 drops of the Dr. Berry's Sulfur Bath Soak to bath water and soak for 20 minutes. Allow skin to air dry. **Use the Dr. Berry's Sulfur Lavender Soap at least 2 times per day. **Apply the Dr. Berry's Sulfur Cream to the affected areas 2-3 times per day. **Repeat steps 4-10 days We recommend washing all linens in hot water and dry them on high heat daily
