Sharpen guidelines
If you go after not scratch the grinding zone, or the pursuit of the perfect mirror effect. We suggest starting from the initial grit, Level polished up, don't appear skip a grade phenomenon. Maintenance
After every use, clean the surface of the whetstone using soft brush and dry in ventilation places.
To clean the knife, use a wet sponge or neutral detergent being thoughtful of the sharpened edge. Always dry your knife before you store it away.

Caution
Do not use whetstone to sharpen serrated blades or scissors. To avoid knife damage, sharpen it by slightly pressure.
For best results, the face of your stone should be flat. After extended use the stone may require grinding to maintain a flat surface. From left to right or from right to left sharpen.
