These titanium coated, hi-speed drill bits from Hobby Tool Supply run cooler, drill smoother, and last longer than their plain steel counter-parts. Each bit has a self-starting point to make drilling a breeze. Works on sheet metal, ducts, steel, copper, brass, aluminum, plastic, plexiglass, wood, veneers, vinyl siding, plasterboard, PVC, stainless steel and cast iron. Bits work great in any rotary tool.

Tips:

Use cutting fluid. It keeps the bit cool and prolongs the life of the bit. Heat kills bits.

Let the bit do the cutting, not pressure. Apply just enough presure for the bit to work, any more than that and you will dull the cutting edge of the bit.
