Main use: Tungsten steel grinding head is widely used in industrial sectors such as machinery, aviation, automobile, shipbuilding, chemical engineering and process engraving.

(1) It can process all kinds of metals (including hardened steel) and non-metals (such as marble, jade, bone), and the processing hardness can reach up to HRC70.

(2) Can clean the flash, burr, weld of casting, forging and welding parts.

(3) It can be used for chamfering and groove machining of various mechanical parts, cleaning pipes, and finishing the inner hole surface of mechanical parts.



Operating instructions: It is mainly driven by electric tools or pneumatic tools (also can be installed on the machine). The speed is generally 6000-40000 rpm. When using, the tool needs to be clamped.



The cutting direction should be evenly moved from right to left. Cutting, do not use too much force, avoid cutting and scattering during operation. To avoid applying too much pressure when the speed of the grinder becomes too small, this will cause the burrs to overheat and become dull.

Secondly, the tool should be brought into maximum contact with the workpiece as much as possible, because more cutting edges can be used.

By deepening the workpiece, the machining effect can be improved. Avoid the burrs shaft touching to the workpiece as this can overheat the burrs and even damage the joint.
