Hi, my name is Shari, founder of two moms in the raw and mom of three children. After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, I found that a natural approach to healing, including a raw food diet, worked best for me. I couldn’t find any great-tasting on-the-go raw snacks, so I started making my own. Our yummy two moms in the raw granola bars are packed with sprouted nuts, seeds, and fruits or cacao nibs. Great for breakfast, in your lunchbox, or as a snack. What we put in our products is equally as important as making sure they taste yummy. We want you to be able to read the ingredient list and know what you’re eating. Full of antioxidants, cranberries are rich in vitamin C and are believed to have excellent infection-fighting properties. They taste great, too. Oat grouts provide your body with a complex source of carbohydrates. They contain lots of soluble fiber that absorbs water and cleans the gut. Our granola bars are bursting with benefits from the good stuff we’ve put in them including chia seeds, hemp seeds and coconut nectar. Enjoy.
