Extremely Important: You must match the resolution, backlight, and screen size to your current screen. You cannot deviate from your current screen specifications. Purchasing a screen with different specifications will not work with your system. If you are unsure what your current screen specification is, please contact us and we will gladly help. Troubleshooting steps:
1. If the old screen display white or completely dark, then it is most likely the issue of LCD cable, not the screen. Replacing the screen with the new screen won't solve the issue because the video signal is not passed onto the screen yet. Kindly change the cable.
2. Re-seat the cable by unplug and re-plug it and make sure there is no space between the connectors.
