Rust-Oleum Glow in the Dark Max Spray Paint is a brilliant paint that creates a glowing effect in the dark when charged by light. Easy to use works on functional and decorative projects both indoors and out. For maximum glow, expose to and charge with light daily, reapply as needed and use over light colored surfaces. If desired surface is a darker color, coat with a flat white spray paint prior to applying the glow spray.
