Cooking Method
1. put the white fungus into the warm water soaking for about 15 mins, then clean it; change the clean water soaking for about 2 hours until the white fungus fully developed and tear it into little small pieces.
2.pour the soaking water and the white fungus into the cooking pot, stew it by big fire until it's boiled. then put the lotus seeds and dried lily into the pot and stew it for about 40 mins.
3. put the rocky candy into the pot, turn the big fire into the mild fire and stew it about 15 mins, then you can enjoy the soft glutinous white fungus soup.
