This buffer is made with a foam center. Each single unit has a design on one side and solid pink on the other. We have printed "Express You Nails" on the pink side. Each buffer is individually packed in a fold over bag ready to hand out or keep clean until you use it. There are 72 total pieces that will come when you place your order.
