Black felt top hat, this top hat is produced exclusively for JJMS Trading Ltd, the hat has is of a thick felt construction and is hard and resists crushing quite well, there is a black 1 1/2 Inch Satin band at the bottom of the rim. The hat rim is finished with a stitched edging. The hat is intended as a prop for fancy dress costumes or stage play. Feedback from customers is positive saying that the hat is excellent value for the price. This hat should not be confused with cheaper plastic or velour type fancy dress hats, the hat weighs approx 250 grams. You can only buy this hat from JJMS Ltd, any other seller will not be selling that described hat, so stay clear.
