This book is intended for coaches, teachers, parents, and players who have an interest in positive player development and exceptional learning environments. The key focus of this writing is about team performance culture as opposed to the technical side of the game, so I believe it has applications for a variety of sports. Whilst I do touch on some practical content, I am particularly passionate about leading teams and the culture it takes to be successful in developing players.

Success to me is about more than winning competitions. It is about taking your players on a journey they will never forget, developing them as best you can, and building enjoyable environments conducive to coaxing the very best performance out of your group of players at an individual and collective level. I challenge you to reflect on your environment and see where you can add value for your players' sake.

By giving you insight into how to remove fear from your players, analysis of some of the best sporting leaders in history, guidance on creating a philosophy and examining coaching methodology I have aimed to provide a well rounded, easily digestible book which will add value to your team culture in soccer.
