Product Review
Huang Shan Mao Feng is generally accepted as one of China's famous ten. With an almost orchid-like fragrance and a refreshing, lightly floral sweetness, our Pre-Rain Huang Shan Mao Feng is specially harvested from the top leaves of the plant in the classic 'one bud and leaf' format.
Picked before 'Gu Yu' (literally: 'Grain Rain', shortly before April 20th, this tea is harvested from semi-wild tea plants grown at 800m, upon Huang Shan Mountain in Anhui province, for which the tea is named after.
Silvery downy hairs litter the surface of these emerald green leaves, showing freshness and craftsmanship in preserving the natural beauty of this tea.
