God's Love Wins All is a Biblical fact. Jesus declared, “he [his Father] is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil” - Lk. 6:35. This is but an amplification of the preceding argument. If God loves his enemies, he certainly loves all men; for no one doubts that he loves his friends. Can God cause those to be endlessly miserable whom he loves if love's nature works no ill toward us? God’s love is remedial in every way. God is Love and all loving - 1 Jn. 4:8, Rev. 13:10. This is why He can even love His Enemies - Matt. 5:44. Scripture teaches that God loves all people everywhere with an unfailing love - John 3:16.
