Easy to use with water and baby oil to remove.

Use only on dry and fat free skin
Then remove the protective film and place as desired with the template.
With water (wet cloth) the back moisturize well and carefully pull off after about 30 seconds - that's it.
To remove you can try it with a tape - also use babyoil and rub away with cloth.
