It is not too hot, so you can put a lot on your food and enjoy the taste of the hot sauce without burning your mouth off. This gourmet hot sauce is made in small batches by Chef Cristiane Periera in her own restaurant kitchen (Taste of Brazil Cafe in Chicago), one batch at a time with totally fresh natural ingredients.
