The one and only Vienna Beef frank wrapped in soft bagel dough. Authentic, soft water-risen bagel dough baked until golden brown. The frank is made with rich, red bull meat, sweet brisket trimmings and spiced according to the original 1893 recipe. Ships frozen in a styrofoam cooler and will arrive with an internal temp of 45F or colder. Authentic "snap" when you bite. Made in Chicago.
