Product Review
Another wonderful dwarf Japanese larch from Germany. Foliage is a blue-green covering a structure that will always be wider than tall. Our fifteen year old pictured here measures 30 inches tall and 48 inches wide and deep. Like 'Schneverdingen', 'Dwarf Blue' usually shows soft green needles in spring and the more blue tones with the summer flush of growth. Full sun is a must for good coloration both summer and fall. Bonsai enthusiasts will love building single uprights as well as miniature groves with 'Blue Dwarf'. It's not as flexible as the species Kaempferi with the trunk/branch unions being a bit more rigid. Enjoy!
