The Thixotropic brand Super Big Fat Pen is custom tailored for penfor people with arthritis or anyone with limited dexterity. The extra large body style comfortably fits the contour of the hand and can be held without pinching. The rollerball gel ink requires almost no pressure to write smoothly. Fancy ergonomic styles, ring pens, and foam grips just don't work that great for people with arthritis. You don't need a fancy pen, just something big, fat, and easy to hold.
