The combination of these features all add to help create the prefect hamburger every time.

It can be used with or without the insert to create even larger burgers or for smaller patties just use less meat.

It's Dishwasher Safe so it easy To clean.NOTE The instructions state to Hand Wash only but the product is dishwasher safe on the top shelf and the instructions for the next batch will have updated instructions to reflect this.

It's also great for fish cakes and crab cakes.
